Photography

Photography is the first step for any new listing coming to market. From dining rooms, to master bedrooms, aerial or twilight we cover it all. This is not HDR photography we offer though because we want our clients work to stand out on the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, et al.

Standard Photography
$400/up to 30 images (~3,000 sq. ft. homes)
$600/for up to 45 images (3,000-4,999 sq. ft homes)
For homes over 5,000 sq. ft. please contact me to discuss rates.

Drone Photography
$250/up to 10 photos

Twilight Photography
$250/up to 7 photos

Videography

Videography is becoming more and more the standard when marketing your new listing. Sellers and buyers alike are looking for what separates a good listing from a great listing. With a cinematic style to our videos we are looking to tell a story about Your home, as opposed to just showing a walk through of a home. That’s what photography is for! There is no upselling for drone work. If we find the listing needs drone footage to tell the story, it will be in there.

Standard Videography
$800/1-2 minute cut for homes under 4,000 sq. ft.
For homes over 4,000 sq. ft. please contact me to discuss rates.

3D Virtual Tours

Times have changed and getting the most eyes on a home (whether we are locked down or not) has brought 3D Virtual Tours into the picture again. While they may not be as sexy as photography or videography, they can be effective to draw a potential buyer in to want to learn more about your listing!

Virtual Tours
$300/base price for home up to 2,000 sq. ft.
+$50/ for every 500 sq. ft. above 2,000 sq. ft.

Note: virtual tours are an ADD ON to photography.
