The first new for-sale homes on Treasure Island: 148 condominiums in a six-story building designed by Mark Cavagnero Associates with Fougeron Architecture, facing Cityside Park between the Bay and the San Francisco skyline. Three multi-story “portals” cut through the building to frame the views, with interiors by Kenneth Brown Design and landscape by Plural. Photographed for Wilson Meany at golden hour and dusk to capture the model residences, the lobby and resident lounge, the rooftop terraces and the island’s view back to the city.
