No two projects ask for the same work, so every project gets its own written quote. Four things shape it:

Every project is quoted to its scope. After a short call we send a one-page written proposal with the shot list, deliverables, image usage and turnaround. The price depends on the number of spaces and finished images, time on site, crew and retouching.
Yes. When several firms on a project want the photos, we set up a cost share: the fee is split between them and each firm gets its own license to use the images in its own marketing.
Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours. Turnaround for the full edited set depends on the project and is agreed in the proposal before the shoot.
There is no travel fee in Marin, Sonoma, Napa or San Francisco. Projects farther afield, such as Lake Tahoe, include travel in the quote.
Yes. Film is shot alongside the stills on the same day: walkthroughs, interview shorts and social cuts. Aerial photos and video are flown by a licensed, insured drone pilot where permitted.
