A 22-story, 508-residence tower anchoring Related California’s 45-acre Clara District in Santa Clara, a short walk from Levi’s Stadium. AvroKO drew the interiors from the salt ponds and fog of the South Bay. Shot with talent to show how its 60,000 square feet of amenities are lived in: the eighth-floor sun terrace and 75-foot lap pool, the Twenty-Two Lounge residence club, the Redwood Den library and residences with long views across Silicon Valley.
